Hi, Robert,
I'm not very good with computers, but here goes. My grandmother, Myrtle Holley, gave us this information.
Joseph Jacobs (d.1873) married Eva Barthold (1803-!887). Their daughter, Amelia, married Sylvester Holley, and they had two kids, Bart and Theodore who were twins. They also had Eva. Then she married Frederick Strebel and had Barthold(b. 1874) and Laura. Possibly the first set of kids were adopted by Frederick and took on his name. I also have those two pictures you posted plus others, but I don't know how to put them on line.
Let me know if this helps and if you have the same info. I'm just getting back into the geneology stuff. By the way, my father, Wayne Parman, died in 2005.
Good luck, Marcy Parmiter
