I am not certain the little bit of information will be of any value to you. I will offer it and hope that it is. I lived in Altoona,KS during my high school days, 1960 to 1965. I went to school with twin boys named Parrett. Melvin and Marvin. I remember they were the youngest of a large family. They lived with their mother,(their father, who had been a preacher, was deceased). I was good friends with Melvin during this period of time. He was killed in a car train accident in Kansas City, Kansas a few years later, although I do not recall the exact year. I hope this is helpful to you.
