I purchased in Medford, OR the subject two undated studio portraits of a young man. One photo is identified on the front of the mount:

This individual appears in a public member tree posted on ancestry, where he is identified as Charles "Charley" Ernest Parrish. Born Jan 1886 in Kincaid, Anderson Co., KS, he was the son of Osborn Parrish (1841-1916) and Rebecca Ann Miller. He is listed in the 1900 Census data for Cedar Township, Cedar Co., MO; the 1910 Census data for St. Joseph (resided at 1713 Bond Street), Buchanan Co., MO; the 1920 Census data for St. Joseph (resided at 3001 Sherman Avenue), Buchanan Co., MO; and the 1930 Census data for St. Joseph (resided at 617 Thompson Street), Buchanan Co., MO. He was employed as a farm laborer (1900), house carpenter (1910), stock caretaker (1920), and wholesale grocery laborer (1930). In about 1916, he married Minnie (maiden name unknown), born about 1894 in MO. The couple had five children: Thelma E. Parrish, born about 1917 in IA; Kenneth Parrish, born about 1918 in IA; Dorothy M. Parrish, born about 1926 in MO; Norma J. Parrish, born about 1927 in MO; and Erma L. Parrish, born about 1929 in MO.
