According to Pauline, Rosamond's father Samuel May Parry and his family reached Texas on 31 Dec 1839. He was granted 640 acres of land in Panola County near the Sabine River in the Grand Bluff community. Catherine Octovia Mallory Twomey is buried in a small cemetery on part of this original grant of land. One acre of land were she is buried was deeded as a cemetery. According to Pauline there are five graves there. They include:
Catherine Octovia Mallory Twomey and her 28 day old son Robert.
Rosamond Margaret Parry Mallory Moore (Catherine's mother)
and two unknown graves. It is unclear from Pauline if Dr. William Wesley is buried in this Grand Bluff cemetery or another one in the area.
Is anyone else out there researching at the Mallory or Parry families in Panola County?
Can anyone provide any fill for the information I am missing or tell me anything about Dr. Mallory?
I hope I can find someone else researching these two lines.
