Hi -- sorry to take so long to post more, I kept hoping I'd be able to decipher the writing more, but there's some I can't read.
Here's the info I think is reliable:

The Bible was published in 1830. The following births are under the first column and in the same strong handwriting:

Henry F Partelow
Born 17 November 1804

Annie Partelow
Born 13 March 1806

William Henry Partelow
Born Tuesday 28 August 1832

Mary Partelow
Born Saturday 29 March 1834

Annie Partelow
Born Monday 25 May 1835

The second column has at least two hands. A comparable but different strong hand writes in pencil this entry:

Ellen LeJeric Partelow
Born 11 April 1849. (I may be misreading the middle name)

The second page chronicles the marriage of Mary Partelow to Thomas P (?) Hicks in 1850.
(These are, I presume, my ancestors. I suppose they are from New Brunswick, as that is where my grandfather Francis Hicks came from.)

The marriage of a sibling is also listed, but mostly illegible.
