Winning Lottery Numbers
Cleveland -- Even if he doesn't land a lunker or bag his limit, Bob Partlow can at least afford lots of bait and bullets.
"I guess I'll do a little fishing and hunting maybe," said the 43 year old plant inspector from Anderson, Ind., after winning top prize of $1,000 a month for life in the Ohio Lottery's Buckeye '1000' drawing Thursday night.
"I'm really too shocked to say for sure" what the money will be used for, said the husband and father of two daughters.
An inspector at the Warner Gear Co., Muncie, Ind., the winner has been purchasing Ohio Lottery tickets each week for the last 18 months
