Herman B.alias Henry B.Pass Born 11/12/1848 Died-June 12, 1931
Married Maggie (Linder) Sheehan Gilmartin (widow of Felix
Gilmartin) 4/24/1879. She died 9/9/1891. Their children were
twins-Edward E. & Herman B. Jr(died) 1/18/1880; Martha
Lucrecia-4/28/1882 - died 1/8/1884;James Anthony-10/1884;
Ellen Hanora-3/16/1886 (She maried Jim Linder)
Married Mollie (Mary Amanda) Parks-3/29/1894 (Born 7/19/1872)
Their children were: Esther Virgil Pass-3/26/1895; Joseph
Clinton-9/26/1897.*
Joseph Clinton Pass is the only one of Herman B. Pass's children
to have children. (7 children)

I obtained the above data from Ruth Pass Laminack, grand-dau of Herman B. Pass. She does not state which Sheehan Maggie was previously married to, or children, if any.

On the 1880 census, Edward E. Pass is shown as Holloway E. Pass. He must have changed it later.

The 1920 Shelby Co., Soundex shows
Pass, E.E. age not recorded, born TN, as a roomer at Kermitage Apts., 200 Union Ave, Memphis. So was Maggie Linder once married to a brother of John Sheehan?
Bill (4-great grandson of Nathaniel Pass)
