I am looking for detailed information regarding my great-great-grandfather, Marion Passmore, 1829-1905. He was married to Elizabeth Wiggins Passmore, 1834-1900. He served in the 62nd North Carolina Infantry Company B and was a prisoner of war at Johnson's Island from September 1863 to June 1865. He was a farmer in the vicinity of Shooting Creek or Buck Creek, Clay County, North Carolina. I would like to contact family members to obtain a photo and any information about him, especially if there are any surviving letters, records, or other documents. Thank you very much!
