I too have Pastor family relatives from the Crabtree/Latrobe area. Although my grandfather's name was Joseph, he was married to someone else and they moved to Cleveland shortly after 1915. The original spelling for many Pastors is Pasztor and you may find records under that spelling if you go back to when they emigrated to the US. The Pastor's I know are Slovak having emigrated from the Austro-Hungarian empire in the early 1910's. There is a Westmoreland Historical Society (the county in which Crabtree is located) and you can contact them for help. For a fee they will do a search. There is also a Westmoreland County Archives. I have never used them so I don't know their policies.
