The name was probably misspelled. There were PASTOREK in Austria and Tchechoslowakia. Some of them emigrated.
There were also PASTOREK in northern France, from where also some did emigrate to Louisiana.
The very original name was PASTORET. I just started searching this line, and will be happy for any information, especcially before 1800..
