Elizabeth (Black) Call continued...
In 1830 Widow Betsy Call. So Joseph had died 1822-1830.
In 1840 she is not itemized so could be inbedded with anyone because only head of family named and rest are in age categories.
In 1850 she is misnamed Widow Mary Call aged 58 with single son Joseph 27 still living with her.
In 1860 Betsy Call was living with married daughter Abigail Mitchell, husband Joseph Mitchell (they married in 1839)and their large family. She was aged 68.
On 29 Nov 1862 Mrs Elizabeth Call married Isaac Mitchell in Kittery. He is obviously related to her son-in-law Joseph Mitchell.
In 1870 Betsy and retired mariner Isaac Mitchell enumerated in Kittery Point near where they always were. She was 78.
In 1880 Betsy is back with daughter Abigail and grandson Joseph Mitchell. She was 88. Isaac had died 1870-1880. I have not found Betsy's death anywhere.
Elizabeth (Black) Call to be continued...and how she relates to Patch herself, more than just mother-in-law.
