Hi Guys--

My husbands Patenaudes were Metis, and I'm trying to find their connection as well.

His mother's maiden name was Loyer. Her grandfather was Louis Bonhomme Loyer, who married Angele (var: Calihoo, Calliou, or L'Iroquois). Angele's parents were Louis Calliou and Marie Patenaude.

Perhaps we can help each other!
