Susan,

Hi. I am very interested in the information you have about Leon Patenaude and Marie-Henriette Trempe. Their daughter Henriette married my 3gr grandfather Cyprien Constantineau in St Valentin and eventually moved to St. Albans, Vt. I am very interested in finding out about the Trempe side of the family. I have found very little so far. How and where did you find out the Metis information? It has always been a family story that that grandfather Constantine married a woman who was part Indian, but I have not been successful in finding any information.
My e-mail is m.c.alvarado@att.net.
Thanks.
Mary Alvarado
