Rod (Roger, Rodrigue) PATENAUDE, b 1872
Posted by: Bob Main (ID *****0070) Date: March 24, 2012 at 11:50:18

Hello,

We know a lot about this ancestor, except where he was born. His given name has been recorded as Rod, Rodney, Roger, Rodger, Rodrigue. His last name has been spelled Patenaude, Patnote, Patmode.
His birthday is 15 May 1872.
He married Lucie Gamelin in 1896 in Penetanguishene.
They have a large descendancy in Simcoe County.
His father Joseph Patenaude was from the area of St-Constant, Laprairie, Qc.
The family moved to Ontario. Joseph was married in Port Hope, to Mary Giltenan, in 1858. Of their several children, some were born in Brock Ontario in 1868 and 1869, and some later ones in Tay Twp in 1873 and 1875. Rod was born in between those dates, but we donít know where?
Any suggestions? Thanks

Bob
