Very happy to report I found your André in the "Baptêmes de Saint-Jean-Baptiste de L'Orignal, Ontario 1835-1992, vol, 2, Lan-Z , Collaboration, Société franco-ontarienne d'histoire et de généalogie, 1992"

He was born André PAQUENAUD in L'Orignal, Ontario on 21 December 1865, son of Joseph & Delphine JOLY. He was baptised in St-Jean-Baptiste parish in L'Orignal on 4 March 1866. Sponsors were Basile CAYEN and Delphine PAQUENAUD (sic).

Other sibblings (At least I think they are)born and baptised in the same parish are:

PATENAUDE, Philomena (Joseph & Delphine JOLY) born 10 nov. 1855, bapt. 30 nov. 1855 (sponsors: Basile LUIS & Charlotte ...ACAN)

PATENAULD, John Moise (Joseph & Delphine JELLI) born 12 sept. 1859, bapt. 23 oct. 1859
(sponsors: Michael JELLI & Marie PILOT)

PATNAULDT, Isabelle (Joseph & Delphine JEULI) b. 13 nov. 1856, bapt. 7 Sept. 1857
(sponsors: Michael JEULI & Merciline FRANGE)

They also buried a child in the same parish under yet another spelling:
