Glad to see a first posting in this Forum! If any of your Patience clan migrated west to Utah, then there could be a connection to my former husband's family. My grown children are all Patiences - their paternal grandmother, Daisy Viola Mills Patience is still alive in Oregon, age 92. She and her husband, Arthur James Patience, came from Midvale Utah in the 1940s to Vallejo, California, and then up to Vashon Island, here in Washington State. Arthur James had brothers Robert, Jack Stanley, and sisters Nellie, Clara, Margaret, Dolores.
