Hello, How far back have you traced your PATIENCE ancestry. I am researching everyone with this surname and have about 2000 entries on database. My ancetry is from the Patience line in Avoch, Black Isle, Ross and Cromarty, Scotland. All the Patiences in Scotland are descended from either Petty, Inverness-shire, Scotland and Avoch. They were all fisherpeople and I have traced them back to early 1700s.
