As far as I know he spelled his name that way. Thats how its on his stone at the forestlawn Cemetery, in Detroit. The stones are not far from my families stones. Also in the same area is a Henry and Myrtle Patow, not sure who they are yet. Most of my family are from Erin, Macomb Michigan.
Do you know anything about a Fred W. and Carrie C. Patow-Niemann? Not sure of the last name cause they both appear on the stone infront of there grave at the Clintongrove Cemetery in Mt. Clemens, MI (Macomb Co.)
