Hi. I'm not related to this family. Here is a possible baptismal record for James:

Jacques Patry, b. 24 May 1823 Ste-Élisabeth, Joliette County, Quebec, son of Flavien Patry & Agnes Gagne.

And his brother, Pierre:

Pierre Patry, b. 13 Mar 1825 Ste-Élisabeth, Joliette County, Quebec, son of Fabien Patry & Agnes Gagne.
