I also have a Pattee/Davis connection. For what it is worth my ggg grandfather Dummer Pattee was born in 1781 in Warren NH. He married a Mary Davis (b 1784) on June 16,1803. He died January 2, 1814 in the US Service. Mary died 1856 in Lafayette, Indiana. They had a son Asa J. Pattee born in 1804. Asa was married to Olive McAllister on Muly 4, 1824 in Brandon, Vt.
