George Q Pattee could be George Quimby Pattee b. 09 Jul 1861 Warner, NH d. 1935. He is 5th generation PATTEE from the Peter Pattee you mentioned. I was not able to find another George Q Pattee. He was living in Massachusetts in the 1900 census. According to the New Hampshire Biographical Review, Vol 22, George Q Pattee was a book-keeper in Boston, MA.

I don't have a T... Q... Pattee in my records. I also don't have a PATTEE who was born or died in Nova Scotia.

My family branch migrated from NH to NY to Ontario, but did no business in Nova Scotia that I'm aware of.

Peter(1) Pattee (ca 1644 - 1724) is the acknowledged patriarch of most PATTEEs in the US. He was probably born in London England and emigrated to the US before 1675 and settled in Haverhill, MA after moving up from the Virginia area.
