I received the following info from David Goudsward who is associated with The Gungywamp Society, Inc. (organized in 1979 by concerned citizens interested in protecting and preserving numerous enigmatic and mysterious sites in the Northeast) including sites in Haverhill, MA. He has previously published newsletters concerning the Pattee family. His response to my request for contact info for Linwood Pattee is:
> Linwood passed away a number of years ago, and his wife gave away all
> computer equipment, including the diskettes that had all his work on
> Therefore the only extant coppy of his work is a 2000 page printout
> daughter refuses to let anyone see. I suspect that is why you
> Marie Scalisi started from scratch and researched everything again.
> I was of Linwood, Marie's work is superior in many ways, including
> documentation and citation. Most of her work was in the first 5
> only (except for her own of course). I'm working from a remote
> don't have access to my address book, but Marie's mailing address is
> on all 3 parts of the article in NEHGS Register.
> I have some material from generation 5 forward, but only on the lines
> remained in the Haverhill, MA/Salem, NH area.
