I received the following info from David Goudsward who is associated with The Gungywamp Society, Inc. (organized in 1979 by concerned citizens interested in protecting and preserving numerous enigmatic and mysterious sites in the Northeast) including sites in Haverhill, MA. He has previously published newsletters concerning the Pattee family. His response to my request for contact info for Linwood Pattee is:

it.
