Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Linwood corresponded with my father, John R. Pattee in the early 1960's and gave my father a brief ancestry, from Peter down. I understand that two libraries have Linwood's 125 page book on the family: Maine State Library and Merrimack Valley Library Consortium in Maine. I have an account of my branch of the family from my ggrandfather, Rev. Calvin Robinson Pattee, dated 1892. It starts with his grandfather, Dr. Moses Pattee. The file also includes additional Pattee info as written by my uncle, Robert Steele. Some of his info is from Linwood. If you want an electronic copy, drop me an e-mail. steve pattee
