Good to see you here on the message board. Have you been doing your research long and have you been very successful in your research im sure that must be the reason you are here. Have you hooked up with the Channel Islands Mailing list yet? My research has gone quiet well ive been working on our Pattimore name off and on for the past 10 years. But have been working on a daily bases for the past 2 years. Have had much success with the assistance from other researchers interested in the name Pattimore. Ive traced it back accurately to James Pattimore I believe who was the first Pattimore to move to the Channel Islands Guernsey and as far back as Aaron Padamore/Paddimore born in the year 1727. The spelling has changed on quiet a few occasions but with a little detective work you'll find the solution. The spelling I have traced in L.D.S records to a Barbara Pattimore married Cornelius Hitchcock in the year 1610 more research to do on this.
