My Elbridge C. Patten's father was Mark Shattuck Patten, b. Jan 18, 1797 in Raby,(now called Brookline)NH. He married Rhoda Connor, b. May 26, 1804 in Penobscot, ME. Mark d. Mar 15, 1868 in ME (probably Blue Hill).

Mark's father was Nathaniel Patten (Jr.), b. Dec 2, 1760 in Townsend, MA. He served in the Revolution.
Mark's mother was Mehitabel "Hitty" Blood, b. Mar 1, 1765 in Raby, NH. Nathaniel d. May 13, 1846 in Penobscot, ME.

Nathaniel Jr.s' father was Nathaniel (Sr.), b. Mar 19, 1733 in Tewksbury, MA. He fought in the Revolution at the Battle of Bunker Hill and at West Point and died in service in 1780. Nathaniel Jr.'s mother was Grace Walker b. Aug 14, 1735 in Wilmington, MA.
