At this point, after spending days on this computer, I've just started sorting my Patten family connection.

I can trace my descendents back to William Patten in 1635 along with two other brothers who arrived from England. My end of the Patten family settled in Ellenton, Fl. around 1860.

I've tried unsuccessfully to locate a Robert Braid who posted "Patten" info on this site a few years ago. I'd appreciate any info you might have to assist in my sorting out allllll this information.
Thanks,
Mary Jane Duke McMillan
