Elizabeth Patten, m. Abraham Howey/Hooey

I am searching for information on Elizabeth Patten who married Abraham Howey/Hooey in the Abington Presbyterian Church (Montgomery County, PA) on 27 March 1746.
I believe this couple are my 4X great-grandparents who settled in Oxford, Sussex, New Jersey.
They had children Joseph, Jesse, Elizabeth, and Maria (Mary). Abraham refers to these four as his younger children. He apparently had sons Isaac and Abraham before coming to America from Northern Ireland, probably in the 1730s or 1740s.
I appreciate any replies.
Barbara
