An Ann Patten b1794 was my ancestor.She had a brother, Eli b1798 and they lived at Crockermoor Farm from birth. I have found William and Susannah and tend to think they were the parents but still trying to prove it.
Ann married Esward Hansford after eloping with him, though I have no record of their marriage date. They had three sons, Samuel, Edmund and William (my ancestor)
If William and Susannah are the parents, then Alice would be their sister and we are talking of the same family.
I would be pleased to know!
