Well I still don't know to whom William belonged however I do know that he and Julie Patten were the witnesses at the Jeramiah Toomey & Bridget Powers wedding in 1914 down in Manhattans Greenwich village at St Alphonsus which no longer exists as it fell (over time) into the canal it was built on. I do now know that Jeramiah Toomey was from Kerry Ireland. Bridget from Waterford. Can anyone solve the Patten mystery for me? Thansk for your time & trouble.
