Came to augusta County in Virginia. First wife was Sarah Rogers. 2nd wife was Agnes Snodgrass. In 1755 the family moved to North Carolina. John died in 1757, Son John Jr. son, Francis had son, Bartley, born 12/25/1822. He married Permelia Baxter and they moved to Grundy County, MO. They had 14 children of which daughter, Helena Jane, is my line. She married Frank Ross in 1871. I need info regarding Pattons in Grundy County, Mo. if anyone has any available. Thanks.
