Hi,
Yesterday, January 2nd, I listed a Southern New Jersey Paullin Family History Book for sale on Ebay. It is a 31 page booklet produced in 1958 by a local gentleman Elmer Garfield Van Name, of Haddonfield. The book does list Lemuel R. Paullin and wife Sarah, along with all of their children and birthdates. It does not show Sarahs last name. But, a little earlier in the book, it shows a William Paullin, who married Sarah Husted, also listing their children. Most of the book concentrates on the Salem and Cumberland County Paullin Families, your line. There was a William Paullin born 1716-1721 of Cumberland County, who married Patience Shepherd, daughter of Dickason Shepherd and wife Eve. They were members of the Cohanzey Baptist Church in Jan 1757. This William could be Lemuel's Grandfather? Other first names for Paullin Family men of that time would be John, Enos and Joseph. All of Cumberland County. If you are interested in finding the book at ebay, be sure to search under the spelling Paullin.
Feel free to contact me again.
Thanks,
Dave.
