I believe your grandfather and my father were brothers. My father's name was Raphael Pavlick. My grandfather (your great grandfather) Frank Pavlick and his brother Wensel came to the US from Bohemia with their mother when they were children 2 and 6 years of age. Their father was already dead. They came over to live with their mother's married sister in Kansas; however, their mother and her sister died shortly thereafter I believe in a typhoid epidemic. The two boys were orphaned at such an early age, we don't know much about the family. Frank and Ida (Haug) Pavlick had 8 children. The most info I have is in a letter my aunt a nun (Sister Juanita - if you are who I think you are you have a great aunt with the name Juanita) sent to me around 1992. I have a nice photo she sent me of the entire family taken in 1938. Other than my immediate family I don't stay in touch with any of the relatives, but I do have some idea of where some of them are. As you may know, most of your grandfather's siblings have passed away. We think two of the girls may still be alive and there may be some spouses still living. Contact me if you would like more info.
