Chihuahua Payans/Pallans

I'm hoping I can ring some bells!

My grandfather, Toribio Marmulejo Payan, was born in Saucillo, Chihuahua, on April 16, 1904. His father, Juan Pina Payan, was born on June 24, 1892, in Saucillo.

My grandather was the only child of my greatgrandfather and Barbara Marmulejo Payan. Barbara died before having any children. Juan Pina Payan married again. The children from his second marriage are Antonio, Albert, Joseph, Frank, and Jesus Manuel Payan. Jesus was born in Oklahoma.

My great grandfather's parents' names were Franciso Payan and Teresa Pina Payan. Official records also list them as Francisco and Teresa Pina Pallan. Francisco was born about 1854 in Saucillo. Teresa was born about 1859 in Saucillo.

Francisco Payan/Pallan's parents were Ysidoro Pallan and Aniseta Morrillo Payan Ysidro was born about 1829 in Saucillo, and Aniseta was born about 1834 in Saucillo. They were married in 1853.

My greatgrandfather, Juan Pina Payan, and my grandfather, Toribio Payan, moved to Manteca, California around 1930. They both died there.

Maybe this will help some of you. If so, please let me know. And good luck!
