I have never heard of a town named St. Onge in Quebec. I do not know who the children of Dominique Payan (the dit name was St. Onge) and Marie Louise LaPorte were but he was the brother of Louis Joshph one of my ancestors. They were married 21 Feb 1745 in Chambly. You might check there or in the town of Laprairie where most of the family went to.
