Thanks for the info, Michael, but have you come across anything on a Manuel Payan in Chihuahua? If not, I guess I am going to have to figure out a way to get to parish records in Chihuahua before I can find out anything else about Manuel Payan.
Since I am doing this on behalf of my son-in-law, and since he has very little information, this process could take a while. Appreciate your input. Will file it away and hope that what I eventually find will connect with it.
