Bernice Payn (Payne) Ontario Canada, 1880s - 1900?

My great Grandfather's name was Bernice Payn, later changed to Payne. He had a farm in rural Ontario, Canada, in Grey Township, and was married to Mary Ellen Payn (maiden name Smith). He had a son, Cecil, and 2 daughters, Gertrude (Bolger) and Pearl (Fowler). Cecil was my grandfather, who had 2 sons, Harvey and Scott. Bernice probably would have purchased the farm somewhere between 1880 and 1900. Any further information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Jeff
