Hi Rod: I was able to trace some information on MABEL GRACE HARRIS, wife of Walter Willian Payson. Mabel was on the 1881 Canadian Census. I thought she was born in Nova Scotia, but the census says..USA! She was born in 1875. Her father is listed as William L. Harris ( Baptist.) Ethis origin was listed as English. The census was taken in Smith's Cove, Nova Scotia, Canada...page 11.

Again... were you able to add my mother and three uncles to your PAYSON genealogy? I also included my sister and me, our husbands, and our children. James Dugan White married Loretta Anne Payson. Let me know if you need this information again.

Would love to hear from you. Bev.
