Jonathan Payson (1728) Why did
Posted by: Rod Date: April 25, 1999 at 06:25:45

Jonathan Payson b: 1728 packed his family up in abt 1760 and moved to Nova Scotia Canada. He must have had some reason to go to NS as rebellion must have been growing at that time. Either his brother or a cousin was involved in the Boston Tea Party. Why did he move? Family dispute? Can anyone answer why he would move. This man is the link to all paysons in Canada and it is unknown why he would move. Thank you Rod in British Columbia
