Henry was the only sibling of my gr-grandfather, Arthur Williams Peabody. I understand that they had a falling out, and none of the living relatives remember Henry. For my family tree update, I am trying to gather info on his family. I know he:
-- was b. 28 May 1867 Lawrence, Essex Co., MA to Edward C. (Jr.) & Dolly J. (Hale) PEABODY.
-- m. 15 May 1888 at Rowley, Essex Co., MA, Lizzie Gertrude SMITH (dtr Woodbury P. & Julia E. [Atwood] Smith)
-- d. Nov 1962 in PA
-- had one son, Homer Woodbury PEABODY, b. 2 Jan 1891 at Augusta, ME and d. 27 Oct 1951 Luzerne County, PA. Homer m. Ruth HALL and had one son, Richard Hall PEABODY.
Does anyone have any other info/further details on Henry or his family? A specific date of death would help me follow up with an obituary. Were there other children? Where/when did Henry's wife die? Any info will be appreciated.
