My Peacey connection in England stated that his own line were originally from Northleach and had moved into the Gloucester area around 1700. He says there is another group originating in Bishops Cleeve/Prescott that he believes to be an offshoot of the Northleach clan. The third group is the one he knows the least about and doesn't know their connection to either of the other two. This lot is based in Bisley. I don't know how my Charlton Kings relations fit into this structure either but if you think yours can be identified I will be happy to pass your email address on to my friend.
