1696 Sept. 9. Peachee, Thomas, of Burlington; will of. Proved by his executor, John Tatham. Burlington Records, p. 27.

1687 Sept. 4. Peachee, William, of the Nursery, near Burlington on Delaware River, husbandman; will of. Wife Ann. Children – Sarah, Ann, Rebecca, Thomas (under age). Real and personal estate. Witnesses – Henry Post and Peter Hedge. Proved September 19, 1698, as “testatio mentis” of Wm. Peachee by his son Thomas, the evidence being dead.
1698 May 4. Inventory of the estate, (£163.3.6, all personal); made by Richard Fenimor, John Scott and Abraham Heulings.
1698 May 14. Bond of Thomas Gardiner as guardian of Sarah, daughter of William and Anna Peachee, late of Wellingborough Township, dec’d. Henry Grubb fellow bondsman.
1698 Sept. 19. Will proved by his son Thomas Peachee, under guardianship of Richard Fenimore and Abraham Hewlings, and adminis- [page 356] tration on so much of the estate as Anne Peachee, widow of William and mother of Thomas, had left unadministered. Burlington Records, p. 29.
1698 Sept. 19. Bond of Thomas Peachee, under guardianship of Richard Fenimor and Abraham Heulings, as administrator of his father’s estate.

1696 April 28. Peche, Thomas, late of West Jersey; will of. “My reputed son John Peche and his mother Mary Peche” receive each 5 shillings; the estate is divided between John Taham, John Tatham junior, Dorothy and Elizabeth Tatham junior, daughters, and Mrs. Elizabeth, wife of John Tatham; said John appointed executor. Witnesses – Jacob [page 358] ver Planck, Robert Liston, Wm. Righton, Alex’r Skene. Proved before the Governor of Barbados May 14, 1696, by Alex’r Skeene; in Burlington August 29, 1696, by Jacob ver Planck.
