Hi, I'm wondering if you have found any info. on your John Q. since this posting? I am curious because I have been searching parents of Thomas Alzonia Peacher (1858-1936), buried Craigs Cemetery New Site, Sposylvania Co. In the 1870 Census he is in the household of Lucy A. Peacher(age 30) and John Q.Peacher (age 7 ). Now in the 1860 Census, my Thomas A. is in the household of Lucy Peacher(age 76), Martha Peacher (age 31). My thought was, Martha Peacher is the mother of Thomas A. and probably never married. Maybe Thomas and John Q. are brothers? I did get a death certifcate for Thomas but the information is still inconclusive as far as I'm concerned. It says mother- unknown and father- Thomas Peacher.Have you sent for a death certificate? Any thoughts on the mystery would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Juanita
