I am not related to this family but did have Enoch Frank(lin) Peal b. 4 Dec 1851 in my databaase and realized researchers of Levi and Queen Peal may like this information, so I'm posting it.

In the 1860 census for Benton Co MO he shows as 'Enoch' and in 1870 is living in married sisters house in Benton Co Mo misenumerated Emerick Peal.

Enoch Frank(lin) Peal b. 4 Dec 1851 d. 14 May 1927 in Oregon. He married in Benton Co MO on 26 Feb 1871 Virginia Wickliffe. Virginia Wickliffe was the daughter of Benton Co MO longtime resident Isaac Clayton Wickliffe and his 2nd wife Narcissus Hudspeth. Virginia Wickliffe was born 25 Sept 1854 MO d. 20 Nov 1936 Oregon. Although their first children are born in Missouri, Enoch and Virginia moved to Oregon by 1880 where they show in the census for Union County, OR. I was unable to find them in the 1900 and 1910 census but did find them in 1920 still in Oregon. The children (and there may be more) that I was able to ascertain were:
Mary S. Peal b. ca 1873 MO
Ida F. Peal 1876 MO (middle name believed to be Frances as she went by 'Fannie' later in life)
Frankie (female) Peal 1878 MO
Benjamin M. Peal b. 22 Jan 1883 Union Co OR d. 22 April 1940 Joseph, Wallowa Co OR.
Edward Earl Peal b. 14 June 1893 d. 2 Oct 1893 buried Cove Cem, Union co OR

Enoch and his wife Virginia (and Edwin Earl Peal) are buried in Cove Cemetery, Union County, Oregon. As I said they may have had additional children than those shown above given the 'gap' of no 1890 census.

Their dtr Ida F Peal married William F. Alexander and can be seen in the Oregon census. They had at least one son: Virgil Franklyn Alexander b. 20 Mar 1896 Union Co. OR d. 3 Aug 1963 Santa Maria, Santa Barbara Co. CA. Virgil Franklyn Alexander married Blanche Souza b. 7 Mar 1902 Oso Flaco, San Luis Obispo, CA. I understand there is an obit for Virgil in the Santa Maria Times if anyone needs it.

Their son Benjamin M. Peal married 22 May 1915 in Portland, Oregon to Laura Loretta Hunt b. 29 June 1892 Wallowa Co. OR. Benjamin M. Peal is buried in Prairie Creek Cemetery, Joseph, Oregon.

I have this family in my database because I was researching Virginia Wickliffe's sister who was Southern Ida Wickliffe who married John Holloway Heath and also left Benton Co. MO to move to Santa Maria, Santa Barbara Co CA. I do have info on her if anyone needs it.

Hope this helps someone! Let me know if it does-
