R.B Peal in Tennessee and Earlier Peal's

R.B. Peal (my 3rd Great Grandfather) also know as Raspberry B. Peal Born Dec 1 1813 in Williamson County, North Carolina. He died November 12 1885. He married Catherine Ferguson March 12 1845. She was born March 04 1828 in Crockett County, Tn (then Gibson County)and Died June 8, 1894.

(There is a question about where Raspberry Peal was born since Williamson County North Carolina doesn't seem to exist? But his birth place is listed as Williamson County North Carolina on TN Census records?)

Children of R.B. Peal and Catherine Ferguson are:
Harriet L. Peal born: 1846
Eugenia E. Peal born: 1850
Elvira June Peal born: 1852
Mary Mandy Peal born: 1853
George Raspberry Peal born: 1855
James Henry Peal b.1857(my 2nd greatGrandfather)
Johnathan Frankin Peal b.1859
Frances Peal b. 1861
Milton Green Peal b.1863
Robert Silvester Peal b. 1864
Walter Columbus Peal b. 1890
Joe Cephus Peal b.1869

I'm looking for any information about Raspberry and the Peal line. I'm trying to find out when they immigrated to the United states and what county they originated from. Any information would be appreciated.
