I'm looking for info on John Ziska SHOOK b.1856 TX, who, in 1884 Hays Co TX, was married to Juba Ann Peal, d/o John Bennett PEAL, & Mary Elizabeth WEBB. John Bennett was the s/o Henry Peal & Prudence TICE of Martin Co., North Carolina.

John Ziska's mother, Elizabeth (perhaps JOHNSTON), appears to have remarried sometime around 1860, when he was a child, to a James M. Bazemore (Baysmore). Who were John Z's parents? Which Texas county was he born? Any information, or clues where to look, will be greatly appreciated.
