A friend has a stampless envelope (i.e. sent before stamps were used) that is addressed to:

Mrs. Ida Peale care of
Mr. Jas. G. Peale
N.E. cor. 3rd & Noble sts
Philadelphia Pa

He is trying to determine the approximate age of the envelope by finding more information about the addressees. Are either of these names familiar to any readers of this forum?
