Dear Penny

I was looking for information about the Peal family and crossed your message you posted. I am a blood Peal and I am related to a number of Peal's you have posted on your message board. I have noticed that there is one piece of information that is not correct. I have a number of the Peal family members here in Kansas that is missing from the Peal family tree. I spoke to Hoarce Peel in San Antonio Tx over a year ago and informed him that there was a branch of the Peal family that he didn't have. My Great Great Great grandfather is Stephen Peel, Great Great Grandfather was Wiley Peal, William Robert Peal is my Great Grandfather. The Peal's settle here in Kansas from Paducah Kentucky in 1884. They settle in Degraff Kansas. I have a family tree with Peals that no one else seems to have with names of elliott, Pettys, HAines, Hatfields, Lietzke, Holsey, Lockwoods, Hallowell, Black, Fenton, Carter. I would like to speak with you. Are you a blood Peal? I personally take care of grave sites at three cemetaries one in Augusta Kansas where I live, El Dorado Kansas and one in Chelsea Kansas which no longer there but he cemetary and school house foundation.

One piece of information you have on Wiley Peal born November 19, 1849. He isn't buried in Creekmur Cemetary in Trigg Co. He is buried here in Augusta Kansas in the Elmwood Cemetary along with his wife Mattie Luara Merrifild Peal Wiley died Crawford County, Pittsburg Kansas in 1930.
He is buried just across the road from William R Peal my great grandfather.

Please contact me at my e-mail of I have a lot of old pictures back in early 1900's.
