I'm looking for information on the family of Mark Williams Peel, and his wife, Eleanor Bray. They lived in the parishes of Lambeth and St. George the Martyr Southwark, Surrey County England.

Here is the information I have on them.

Mark Williams Peel was christened 25 December 1813 in Berry Pomeroy, Devonshire, England. Per the 1851 census, he was born in Beixton, Devonshire. The 1861 census indicates he was born in Bridgton, Devonshire. And the 1871 census indicates that he was born in Tatmuss, Devonshire. He died 12 March 1879 in St. Saviour Southwark, Surrey County, England. He was a brush maker by trade. Mark was the son of Andrew Peel and Charity Williams.

On 24 October 1840 he married Eleanor Bray in the district of St. John and Waterloo, Lambeth, Surrey County, England.

Eleanor Bray was the daughter of Martin Bray and Mary (surname unknown). She was born 28 May 1812 in Bletchingley, Surrey County, England. She died prior to the 1871 census.

They had the following children that I am aware of:

1.) John Peel, born about 1843 in St. George the Martyr Southwark, Surrey County, England. Note: his middle name might have been Henry, but I have not substaniated this. John married Mary Ann Payne. They had the following children that I am aware of:

a.) Samuel Peel, born about 1867 in Lambeth, Surrey County.
b.) Eleanor Peel, born about 1868 in Lambeth, Surrey County.
c.) William Peel, born about 1876 in Lambeth, Surrey County.
d.) Lilian Peel, born 5 July 1878 in Lambeth, Surrey County.
e.) Ernest Peel, born 1880/1881 in Lambeth, Surrey County.

2.) Jane Elizabeth Peel, born June 1844 in St. George the Martyr Southwark, Surrey County, England. She died 29 June 1845 also in St. George the Martyr Southwark.

3.) Elizabeth Charity Peel, born 29 November 1846 in St. George the Martyr Southwark, Surrey County. She died between October and December 1847 in St. George the Martyr Southwark.

4.) Edward Martin Peel, born 10 December 1848 in St. George the Martyr Southwark, Surrey County, England. He married Mary Ann Gilland on 9 March 1870 in St. Mary Magdalen Southwark, Surrey County, England. Mary Ann Gilland was born 30 May 1850, the daughter of William Gilland and Jane Kane. Edward and Mary Ann had at least four children:

a.) William E. Peel, born about 1872 in Southwark, Surrey County.
b.) Jane Elizabeth Peel, born between October and December 1873 in Southwark, Surrey County.
c.) Emily Peel, born between July and September 1877 in Southwark, Surrey County.
d.) Eleanor Peel, born between July and September 1879 in Southwark, Surrey County.

5.) Thomas Peel, born about 1852 in St. George the Martyr Southwark, Surrey County, England.

Any information on any of these individuals would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Scott
