Eva Pearl - NH, Rochester or Farmington?

I recently acquired two old family albums, late 1800s, early 1900s, that belonged to a Sanborn Family, Rochester and/or Farmington, NH. Included in the albums are photos of friends or family, unknown to me. One photo is of a young woman, "Eva Pearl". Names included in album are Sanborn, Meader, Hanson, Card,Tyler, Mason. I'd love to know more info on some of these people, and would be more than happy to share photos.
