I think I solved my own mystery. I now believe this gentleman to be an Irish Catholic. Perhaps his name is misspelt on the back, and should have been Tanquay, which seems is much more common usage than Tenkay. Likewise Pearl might be Perl. I suppose that part will remain a mystery for the time being. Anyways, the Russian orthodox guess was a bad one. This is definitely a collared saint. Thanks for inspiring me to do further research, and examining my own logical processes for a better assessment in this matter. For what it's worth ...
